Refreshing coffee scrub

Exfoliate dead skin cells with coffee scrub.  Coffee ground is a natural exfoliant and helps tone the skin.  It contains caffeic acid which has anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effect on the skin and naturally boosts the skin’s collagen production responsible for young and healthy skin.  It makes age spots fade away.

So the benefit of using this scrub is to look more youthful.

Mix 1 tablespoon of coffee ground with 1 tablespoon of olive oil or coconut oil.  You should have a thick scrubby mixture.  Massage the scrub onto your skin in circular motions.  Then rinse off the scrub and pat dry. You can skip moisturizer as the oil used above will leave the skin moist. To make it more economical, you can use cooled used coffee grounds.

Coffee grinds can clog drains, so please discard the grounds in the bin.  However little amounts of coffee grounds should not be an issue.
