Bread Pakora nibbles

Pakora with bread

½ cup White Bread (crumbled)
½ Cup Besan
½ cup curd
1 tsp Jeera
2 Green chilli (finely chopped)
100gm Spinach leaves finely chopped
Coriander leaves hand full (chopped)
¼ tsp Baking powder

In a bowl add crumbled bread pieces.  Add curd and ½ cup water to it.  Mix all the above ingredients and keep it aside.  Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.  Drop a spoon full of the mixture in the oil, fry till brown and crispy.  Serve hot with tomato sauce.
