500gm Paneer cut into cubes
4 Capsicum (red & green) chopped
1 Onion chopped
½ tsp Ginger Garlic paste
3 Green Chillies
1/4 tsp Red Chilli pwd (as per taste)
1 tsp Coriander pwd
1 tsp Garam Masala
2 cardamom, 3 cloves, cinnamon small pc
2-3 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Ginger julienne & chopped coriander
1. Heat oil in a cooking pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them crackle. Then add onion, green chilli and ginger garlic paste and sauté till translucent. Add tomato pieces, cover and simmer till soft. Later add capsicum, paneer, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, garam masala and salt. Stir and cover with lid. Simmer for 10 – 15 mins. Check the seasoning. Remove from heat.
Garnish with chopped coriander and ginger. Serve hot with roti, naan or steamed rice.
