Eggless Milk Cake

Milk cake
A simple and easy to prepare eggless milk cake/pudding..
200gm milk
200gm fresh curd
200gm condensed milk
10gm cornflour
½ tsp cardamom powder

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl.
Pour it into a greased bowl.
Steam cook on low in a pressure cooker (without the whistle) for 30-40 minutes.
Do not cover this bowl while steaming in a cooker
When done, remove from flame and let it cool. Refrigerate.
Before serving flip in onto to a serving plate and cut into desired shape.
