This is not just simple but fantastic spicy recipe…
Black or white chickpeas – 1 can or
Pressure cook soaked (5hrs) chickpeas
3 tsp chickpea flour
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
2-3tbsp Vegetable/Olive oil
Salt to taste
Rinse (if using can) and dry chickpeas on paper towel. Mix flour and seasoning in a bowl. Add chickpeas and roll until lightly coated. Gently toss them into the pan and cook for few minutes.
Cook until crisp and slightly brown. Remove from pan. Serve garnished with chopped onions, tomato and coriander leaves.
