Mint Carrot Chatney

Ingredients
2 cups podina (mint leaves)
½ cup coriander leaves
1 carrot peeled & chopped
1 tomato
2-3 green chillies
salt

Method

  • Combine all the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste.
  • This chatney can be served as is or applied on toast or added to curd/yogurt and served with Indian entrees.
  • Refrigerate after use.  Remains fresh for a week.
