2 cups cooked rice mashed
3-4 tbsp Maida (plain flour)
¼ cup finely chopped carrot, capsicum & beans
½ cup grated cheddar
¼ cup bread crumbs
3-4 Green chilli finely chopped (as per taste)
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Add the mashed rice into a large bowl. Stir in all the above ingredients except the oil. Combine the mixture.
With wet hands, roll the mixture into equal size round balls. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat until hot. Deep fry till golden brown. They should be uniformly golden brown. Serve hot with tomato sauce or with dip of your choice.
