Sweet Potato & Rice Patties

These patties are delicious and an excellent source of slow release energy.
½ cup cooked, mashed sweet potato
½ cup cooked rice
¼ cup frozen peas (microwave for 45 sec)
1 tsp Amchoor (mango powder)
½ tsp coriander powder
2-3 tbsp semolina or breadcrumbs
2 green chillies finely chopped
oil for frying

Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Shape the mixture into patties.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the patties until golden on both sides.
Drain on paper towel.
Serve warm with chilli sauce and sour cream.
