Vermicelli Fritter

Preparation Time: 25mins

2 Cups Cooked Vermicelli
1 Big Onion, chopped finely
Few sprigs of coriander leaves chopped
3/4 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
2-3 green chillies finely chopped or chilli powder
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste

Mix all the ingredients except for oil gently. Do not add water. Heat oil, take a little vermicelli mixture and gently press in the fist and drop in the oil.

Deep fry until brown and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
