Grilled Spicy Sandwich

Bread 4 slices
Potato-boiled 1 medium
Paneer (cottage cheese) ¼ cup
Capsicum (red, yellow, green) ½ cup
Onion 1 small chopped
Tomato 1 small
Sweet corn-boiled 2 tbsp
Carrot 1 small
Green chilli 1 finely chopped (optional)
Chat masala, Pepper, salt

Chop the vegetables except potato.  In a bowl mash potato and paneer together and add all the veggies and mix.  Sprinkle salt, pepper and chat masala.  Apply butter on the 4 slices.  Spread the mixture between the slices and grill the sandwich. Remove when done and cut into triangles. Serve immediately with green chatney or tomato sauce.
