Mooli Raita

Enjoy a refreshing change to the regular raitas

Ingredients
½ cup Raddish/Mooli grated (squeeze out excess water)
3/4 cup fresh yoghurt/curd
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp roasted Cumin seeds/jeera
½ green chilli finely chopped
Coriander leaves (chopped)
salt

Method
Whisk fresh yoghurt or curd in a bowl till smooth.
Add all the above ingredients to this bowl and stir.
Refrigerate and serve chilled.
