Oats breakfast

Overnight oats is a perfect, flavoursome and make ahead of time breakfast.  Believe me it’s so easy and so very delicious!

(1 serving)
1/3 rolled oats
1/3 cup milk
3-4 tbsp thick yoghurt/curd
1 tsp Chia seeds
Fresh fruits (like banana, kiwi, mango)

Fresh or frozen berries
Nuts few
1 tbsp Honey

In a bowl mix together oats, milk, chia seeds & yogurt.  Cover the bowl.  Refrigerate overnight (remains fresh up to 3 days) and enjoy the next morning.
