Crispy Mango stacks

Enjoy a simple, healthy and low fat dessert.
Ingredients
Puff Pastry sheets
Ripe mango
Mix berries
Butter

Method
Preheat oven to 200°. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Cut the sheet into 9 squares and brush each with butter. Place them on the prepared tray and bake until golden.
Peel and cut mango into thin slices.
Prepare mixed berry compote.
Place a pastry square on serving plate, top with sliced mango and berry compote.
Put another square on top and repeat the process and serve.

Optional: If you want to make it a bit richer you can use whipped cream as a topping.
