During sunset over a period of two weeks in February, the Horsetail Fall (Yosemite National Park-California) appears to be not water flowing down the cliff but fire. Nicknamed the ‘Yosemite Firefall’, the water glows red and orange when sunlight hits it at a certain angle. Spectators do scrum to see the 1570 feet natural wonder but may have to be patient because the event may only last up to 10 minutes.
