Spicy mint meatballs

Delicious and spicy mint meatballs.

Ingredients
1 large onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
500g lean lamb mince
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp chopped coriander
3 tbsp chopped mint
1 tsp salt
vegetable oil for frying

Method
Heat oil in a sauté pan. Cook the onion and garlic mince until soft and golden brown.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients, mix well and roll into small balls. I flattened them like patties.

Heat a non-stick frying pan, coat in oil and heat to medium. Fry the meatballs both sides until brown and cooked through. Remove them onto a paper towel to drain the excess oil. Repeat with the remaining meatballs till all done.

Garnish with chopped tomatoes and mint leaves.
